This little piece of paradise is only a few short blocks from the ocean. According to Google maps, just a 4 minute walk to the public beach access. In just minutes, you can put your toes in the sand and enjoy the salt air and ocean breezes while the sun fades your worries away.

**Bring your own Beach towels**

This spacious, four bedroom, and four full bath town home has more than enough room for those larger families to get together. There is a patio or deck on each level, a screened in porch as well as a widow's peak for enjoying the sunrise or sunsets. Plenty of seating to relax and rest up after your wonderful beach memories were made. The entry level has a King bedroom with en-suite bath and a private back patio. You will also find the laundry area here as well. The main floor features a well equipped kitchen, living, dining area as well as a bedroom with a Queen Murphy Bed and full guest bathroom. The 3rd floor offers a queen spare bedroom and bathroom as well as the Mater bedroom with king bed and spacious en-suite bathroom. This room also has its own private balcony and access to the top widow's peak. Multiple tv's, high speed wireless internet and an outdoor shower for your convenience.

Great house and property management.

Very nice and clean place in a good location with short distance walking to the beach. We arrived on Sunday and we had an issue with the toilet. We contacted the property manager and he promptly got back to us and sent the plumber to fix it the next day. Besides the issue and some rainy days we had a great time staying in this house.

We had an issue with the main floor bathroom, two gentleman showed up and quickly got our problem fixed while there we mentioned that the upstairs fan wasn’t working but that it wasn’t an issue for our stay. They went searching around the house to make sure the fan had the right remote (three stories of climbing up and down ) then left to get batteries and were back within 15 minutes. They were so nice and professional and so helpful with telling us about the area and where live music would be that night! I’m sure after they had left they didn’t want to hear from us again lol, but as fate would have it we would have to reach out about one of us hitting the mailbox 🙄. Again so nice and made the downer of us hitting the mailbox into a “no sweat” problem. So quick with responding over text and pleasant.

Great location and value!

Easily walkable to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. The unit is beautiful and everything worked fine. I'll echo other people's comments that the checkout procedures (and the threats attached) are a little much considering we paid $320 in cleaning fees - by the time we completed the checkout process, there wasn't much left for the cleaners to do. But I understand that's the new norm for short-term rentals, and the unit was still a good value in my opinion!

We had a great experience here. The place was extremely clean, nice kitchen, place felt comfortable. Dining area seats 8, and 3 levels meant we had plenty of space for rest and time alone. Top floor has a King and Murphy queen, perfect for families who want to be on the same floor as their kids. Listing says 6 minute walk to the beach, but was 10 minutes with a 2 and 5 year old. Ended up being a little too far for them to walk. Probably should choose a property closer to the beach if you have small children and want to walk. The walk to the beach in the AM was ok, but the walk back was not. One of us walked to get the car and drove to pick up the rest of our party. No dishwashing detergent and no laundry detergent; no soap or shampoo, just so you know. Excellent communication with the property manager. Would recommend this for your Carolina Beach stay!

Gorgeous home - Great location - Wonderful experience

This property is awesome. My family, 6 adults and 1 child stayed comfortably in this home. It is very spacious and lots of perks. Having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms is so nice! All the beds were very comfortable. We all enjoyed having so much space to spread out and not be on top of each other! The neighborhood is so quaint and quiet. The walk to the beach access is so close to the property. The house was very clean, bath towels and sheets provided. The property management group was by far the best we have ever experienced. Super friendly and easy to reach when needed. Highly recommend this property.

Family Vacation

We had a great stay here. The location is amazing and we loved being able to walk 4 blocks to the beach. There are no beach towels included, so we had to make a trip to Walmart to purchase some. Each room had 2 towels, which we had 5 adults and 4 kids, so this was not nearly enough to us and having to do bath with kids, etc. I do recommend adding more for future guest. The layout is great and the kitchen is fully stocked. The beds are very comfortable and we all slept great. I was a little caught off guard by the threatening laminated letter for check out rules. We had to sweep,vacuum, put away all dishes, take all linens off and towels in blue bags- nothing could be left in the dishwasher. We paid $350 in host fees and had no knowledge of this prior to booking. Instead of spending the morning with family, we cleaned so we would not be charged $25 per violation. Probably will check out another property next time as I did not enjoy the cleaning portion after paying $350 in host fees and travel insurance which was not optional.

Lovely home minutes from beach.

This is absolutely one of my favorite VRBO homes. We had a group of three couples and we never felt like we had too much "togetherness"! The second level kitchen was a nice gathering spot ( love the big artist dining table ) with everything we needed to cook our meals. The place was spotless, everyone slept great, and we were just minutes from beach. We are early risers and really enjoyed watching the sunrise from the "crows nest" on third floor without disturbing anyone else. We will definitely be booking this one again!

Weekend in paradise!

We LOVED our stay here! Location was perfect and private - close to the beach, but away from the busy roads. House was so comfortable with everything we needed. Everyone reported they slept well on comfy beds with nice linens. I've stayed in lots of short-term rentals and this one stands out. The communication was easy and hosts were eager to help. Thanks for making our getaway so special. Our family will be back!

I travel a lot and this home exceeded our expectations! It was clean and very well organized. The layout of the bedrooms was great for privacy! The leasing manager, Garret, always provided a quick response and provided all of the details we needed in advance. It all went smoothly for our in and out. I highly recommend this place, and we WILL be back!!!
