We've stayed here many (at least 20) times over the years, but the place has been going downhill. On this last visit, their internet was not working. We stayed 2 nights and they never got it working. Not the end of the world, but it was a major inconvenience, and the staff never once asked how they could make it right. They very sneakily mentioned it was out after all the paperwork was done and i had signed off on the room. I had my room keys in hand when the clerk told me it waant working that day. We checked in at 10:30 PM having been on the road, and needed to settle in. On the morning of checkout, the front desk told me I should have found another room that night if I needed internet so bad. Customer service is dead. Its unbelievable that people will take tour money, and not provide the service promised. I was told this property had been sold. It definitely shows. We won't return. Some other hotel more deserving will get our money in Solana beach from now on. Its a shame. But we work too hard for our money to be treated with such rudeness, and apathy.

The staff was the best!! They allowed us to use the breakfast are to feed our team in the evenings! They were super friendly and helpful!
