Awful view from our windiw ... just a roof and other peoples windows! For £400 for a single nights stay, we would have at least expected a main road view! Beds were hard, breakfast was expensive and insipid! Luke warm offerings, overcooked eggs, raw mushrooms, bacon floating in liquid fat, overly strong tepid coffee. VERY disappointing expensive experience. Rooms were triple the normal price due to Bath market opening. Will never stay there again.

Lovely hotel great staff in a lovely location have stayed here on the number of occasions rooms are large with coffee making machines and water. Lovely swimming pool and sauna would highly recommend ideal for Christmas shopping and the power Christmas party.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff and good location. Easily walkable to restaurants and tourist attractions. Room was clean, however was very cold. Breakfast was the only thing that let this hotel down - it took 55 mins for the order to arrive, it was cold and it was incorrect. Other than this, fabulous hotel and would recommend.

We visited the 21st of November and we loved it. We arrived a bit earlier than expected and check in wasnt until 3.30 but there were no problems with using the spa area before hand. Thank you to the man who helped us on the front desk he was lovely. Spa- changing rooms were clean and spacious. Towels were easy to find and plenty of. Pool was lovely along with the sauna, steamroom, area for tropical/arctic shower and a cold water bucket. Plenty of room to sit or lounge. At check in it was straight forward and given directions before heading to our room which was great. Our room was spotless (cleaned by Mia, thanks Mia!) A little rubber duck and some pillow pray on the bed which was a nice touch. Bed was comfortable and a lovely chair and foot rest aswell as enough desk space. Bathroom was great, deep bath and separate shower. We would definitely recommend and would stay again

Overall a 9/10 stay. At one point the power outlets stopped working when I plugged in my laptop, the reception staff came up to switch the breakers back on but seemed quite annoyed that plugging in my macbook had caused the breaker to go off. I don't think a tiny macbook plugging in is asking too much. Otherwise the facilities were excellent and would stay again.

Clean and comfortable, in a great location for exploring beautiful Bath! Staff excellent, really welcoming and professional. Only drawbacks were the bathroom amenities (not great) and water pressure on the lower end. And room rate felt quite expensive, but seems like that’s inkeeping with Bath more generally.

Mushrooms and bacon at breakfast were dry and overcooked, and the standard availabile coffee was terrible. There was a dirty used tissue on the floor when i checked in, and the steam room was out of service for the majority of my stay. All of that aside, i really enjoyed my stay and the staff were superb!
