This is a beautiful hotel with beautiful grounds and the staff is excellent. Having said this, the food was horrible. I have never been so disappointed. We tried so many different restaurants and they were all just awful. We would never go back for this reason alone. We couldn't wait to get home to have decent food. They should really consider not making all inclusive mandatory.

Service was horrible, air conditioning and jacuzzi were broken and had to wait 2hrs for them to fix two separate times. Asked to move and was denied. I have video of maintenance with tub on its side working on it. Never again! They need to change to maybe a 3 star resort.

Like: Restaurants options, bar, foods, entertainment, music, amenities. Don't like personnel/employee in charge of amenities (ex. guitar request, birthday cake requests etc) because they promised a lot of things to bring us as clients; and they did not keep their words.

Tried to check in the room key did not work. Bell hop tried to use master key. His did not work. He tried to use phone to call front desk. It did not work. Spent three hours to get into room. Buffet was closed. That morning, a waitress fixed food for a couple so they did not have to wait in line while we waited. Worst hotel resort I’ve been to. Complaints did not fix anything. Could never personally talk to a manager. Favoritism and terrible operations. Don’t waste your money.

What a disappointment! We have traveled throughout the Caribbean and this resort was by far the worst! Food, .horrible with the exception of Toro. If your standards and expectations are anticipating a 4 or 5 star resort you will certainly be disappointed. At best its a 3.5 star.
