"Great hotel, larger rooms (for Manhattan), and friendly staff (especially Jessica). They gym is not onsite, but otherwise I have zero complaints. Clean and quiet rooms with comfy bedding and lots of space, great location. Loved having the restaurant downstairs."

"Location is VERY convenient, close to AMTRAK and the Subway, as well as walkable to Times Square. Nice Irish bar and 7-11 close by. Strict 3pm check-in is followed. Tub/shower drained very slowly, even after the building engineer stopped by. The biggest issue was that of our 4 day stay, the last ..."

"DO NOT STAY HERE, EVEN IF ITS LOW PRICE!!! The A/C DOES NOT WORK. The elevators are trash. The showers are built for midgets. They installed new locks at 8:30am with zero care that we were sleeping. Room keys didn’t work, had to get new keys made daily. Caulk all around the room is NASTY. Beds are ..."
