Cesar and Victoria at the breakfast area provided excellent service. They kept the area clean, stocked, and were very welcoming to guests throughout the trip. Superior service.

Staff was great. Room was ok. Bathroom exhaust fan was broken. HVAC unit thermostat wasn't working properly and rattled. Alarm clock was set for a 6:00 AM wakeup by previous occupant. Breakfast was good but room was crowded. When leaving luggage they just left our bags in an open room (fortunately nothing happened).

Good location, friendly staff, and it’s nice to have a hot breakfast available until late morning. The only downside is the elevator—if it were upgraded, it would be much better; otherwise, be prepared to use the stairs during peak hours.

Wonderful stay with our dogs! Check-in was incredibly easy and smooth, which made traveling so much less stressful. Fantastic location, clean and tidy hotel with an amazing breakfast and huge shout out to the waffle man who ensured no one missed out!! The room i was alloted had lot of issues. - rooms are small - in cold weather had no running hot water in shower. Team was quick tonrespond and help on the issue but lost half a day of my trip because of it. - broken amenities, ac had broken cover, tv remote Nd even room phone did not work. - bathroom door did not lock with shower drain also broken. Have taken few pics and uploaded on google review. Hot shower was never fixed so by end of day was given another room. Room with issues was 2605.

My reservation was canceled via email. Unfortunately, I didn’t see the email as it was Christmas Day and another on the morning of 12/26/25. I’m not sure why a text or phone call wasn’t made. This was discovered on the train into NYC. The good news, we found a room for less money and closer to the theater we were going to, so it all worked out. Lesson learned…check email regardless of the day!

Cesar & Victoria in the dining area for breakfast were absolutely awesome. Victoria works her backside off & on the 24th when Cesar was off for the day she so busy and was running around everywhere trying to do everything on her own. Cesar this man goes above & beyond. So hospitable & so bubbly personality. Also he is the waffle master. We are from Australia & would definitely recommend Hampton inn
