The room was small and we had to use the desk to put our suitcases on which meant we couldn’t make coffee because the plug in’s were covered up by our suitcases.

Excellent views, however, it was small space. Two more feet either way would’ve been great in the bedroom as well as the bathroom. Furnishings were nice. Everything was clean and worked. The elevator system was a disaster in the mornings. We sat on the 31st floor for 45 minutes waiting for an elevator both mornings. Breakfast was good. Overall, it was a nice clean. Very small place to enjoy the New York experience. Absolutely loved the location. I probably wouldn’t stay here again just because of the elevator situation and no stairs, but that’s just a personal thing for myself.

Location is great but that is all

The location was perfect. However, that’s all I can say that was great about this hotel. The air conditioning wasn’t working. We asked three times for it to get looked at no one came. The elevator you have to use your room key however that didn’t work half the time. The front desk staff was not real friendly Service at the rooftop bar was terrible

The hotel was ok. The elevator situation was horrible! It took me 15 minutes to get an elevator when I left my room. When I tried to get back to my room, it took 20 minutes because the elevator kept taking me to a different floor. It was super frustrating.
