The rooms were dirty. Toe nail clippings on the floor. They never changed trash cans or brought more towels. Even after asking. For the money you pay the rooms were in terrible condition and extremely outdated. The cleanliness was the worst part. The breakfast staff was rude to guests as well.

"Stayed here as a honeymoon gift for my sister and brother-in-law, and overall they had a good experience. The location is a big plus — it’s very close to the River Walk, which made everything convenient and easy to access.
One thing to be aware of is parking. The hotel only offers valet, and it’s about $60 per night. That was a bit of an unexpected downside. If you want to avoid that cost, you’ll need to find parking at a nearby garage and walk.
Aside from that, it was a decent stay and they enjoyed their time. Just plan ahead for parking so there are no surprises."
