Fantastic front desk staff.

What a beautiful hotel! Loved all the special touches. Front staff was fantastic!! Had some trouble with housekeeping but everyone at the desk went out of their way to resolve it. Wish weekend breakfast and coffee was served a little later so we can sleep in after enjoying the night life.

Our room was upgraded for free. Free Signature water bottles with unlimited refills. I wish that benefit would catch on with more Hotels and restaurants all over the world. Think how our landfills would benefit. I appreciated their environmental awareness. The Marker had an elegant lobby, delightful bar and a restaurant adjacent to the hotel. Staff were delightful, friendly and helpful. Streets were filled with many people, some homeless and dirty, some of us not.
