This spacious, 3200-square-foot home is perfect for large groups, traveling friends, and business retreats. It features five designer bedrooms, four of which have a private ensuite bathroom with high-end finishes, including high ceilings, Bluetooth speakers, and lit mirrors.
The primary bedroom sits on the second floor and boasts a king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, a 55-inch smart TV, and a desk and chair for anyone who needs to get some work done. It also has an impressive private bath with dual sinks, touch-sensitive lighting, and a Bluetooth speaker.

There are two other bedrooms on the second floor, each of which has a queen-sized bed, a 44-inch Smart TV, and a full bathroom with a beautiful large walk-in shower.
The remaining bedrooms are located on the main floor. One has a queen-sized bed and a private full bath, and the other features a twin-over-twin daybed and a built-in desk.
There is one additional half bath conveniently located on the main floor. Each bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries for your convenience.

The open floor plan of the living room and kitchen makes it easy for large groups to move through these spaces without feeling cramped or crowded. With soaring ceilings and plenty of natural light, this is a lovely space to be in.
The full kitchen is located on the main floor and is stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, commercial-grade stainless steel appliances, and enough utensils and dishes to cater to large groups - including the kiddos.

With custom cabinets, sleek counters, designer finishes, and a fully stocked coffee bar, it is as beautiful as it is functional. Fill the cabinets and full-size fridge with all of your favorite foods, or order take-out and enjoy it in the formal dining area (seating for six) or out on the patio. The kitchen also has a large island with seating for five.
The open living room area is perfect for hosting family movie or game nights, with a comfortable sectional sofa. Everyone gets front-row seats to the HD Smart TV! The cozy area rug, decorative light fixtures, gas fireplace, and plush accent pillows and blankets make this a comfortable place to relax.

As guests, you will have private access to the entire property, including the outdoor space, laundry facilities, Bluetooth speakers, gourmet kitchen, foosball table, and five lovely bedrooms. There is parking for one car in the driveway. We own the lot next door and guests are welcome to park there as well. Guest may also park on the front yard where gravel is laid down. There is also ample street parking available outside the home if you have multiple vehicles.

Heated Pool: The pool may be heated for $75 per day. Please notify the owner the day prior so it has time to heat prior to arrival.
