Staff were excellent. Loved our cleaning lady, Elena. Quick, clean, reliable and super friendly. Also a repair needed for shower was done very quickly. Reaort had lots of activities if people wanted. Only drawback was the food. Long before the end of 2 weeks the buffet food was not great. Needed more north american options. Asian night was good though. Would have liked to see more fresh options like the one they did a stir fry for lunch. Never saw it again. Lighting in the lobby bar could have been a little brighter for people to play cards at. Overall a great experience.

We love the location, the view, the resort is beautiful, but mostly it’s the people that work there. We really noticed the awesome lady who cleaned our room Hilda. She is a gem, tip her well. Fernanda greets at the buffet, a very friendly person. Miguel the day buffet mgr goes out of his way to provide one of a kind service. David the night mgr is very good as well. Every morning Gabriel would remember our drinks and bring without us ordering very impressive. When learving property Eduardo the bellman was as helpful as he could be. We got to meet the room manager Guadalupe who was most accommodating. This was our 4th consecutive year to stay here, and looking forward to number 6.

I've stayed at many resorts in PV and this was by far the worst. The food was REALLY bad. The room was just okay, nothing special, no great view. Staff was just okay. At other resorts they are very friendly, make conversation, are happy you're there and ready to help make your trip fantastic. The staff at this place, not so much. Don't get me wrong, there were a couple that were good but not GREAT like the other resorts we've stayed at. We went with kids and knew it would be geared more towards kids (that's why we chose here) but I thought there would be at least something where the adults could escape a little. The night shows were great for the kids but it would have been nice to have at least 1 night that was geared more towards adults. The chair saving at the pool is ridiculous. If you don't save a chair right away in the morning, don't plan on a chair. They say no saving but don't actually enforce it. Pool music at the pool is just annoying after a while. Again, the food is terrible lol. I could go on and on but I will not be visiting this resort again.

Pros Let me start with the pros about this hotel. It is well-located near the marina and the rooms, while not spacious, are adequate, clean and the beds are comfortable. There were plenty of electrical outlets and they even had USB ports, which was a plus. The staff was very attentive. One good thing I can say about this hotel is that once they found out we weren’t very happy there, they tried their best to make us happy. Unfortunately, there wasn’t a lot they could do about the mediocre food (see cons below). Cons Unfortunately, there are a lot of cons with this hotel. We were sorry we chose this hotel almost the first moment we arrived. The hotel is dated, and it shows. Although the furniture in the rooms was nice and modern, the bathrooms came straight out of the 1960s. The faucets were hard to turn and the shower heads couldn’t be adjusted so the water came out it a hard jet. Water always looked dirty, which is a real turn-off, and a bit concerning. The caulking around the tub was very sloppily applied and it looked worn and dirty. It was not very appealing. The bathrooms in this hotel really, really need an upgrade. What surprised me was that there is no lighting in the hallways. I get up early when it is dark, and the halls are dark, and they’re dark when we get home late. But what really turned us off about this hotel was the food, and it’s pretty obvious that the hotel is aware of this but has chosen not to do anything about it. My wife and I are very fluent in Spani

Most staff servers were very friendly and good like Karen in the restaurant, Israel and Juan and the poolside. Room was good except the showerhead wasn't replaced well - water squirted out against the back wall not allowing much pressure. Water never got too hot. Water was dripping from the bathroom sink onto the floor underneath while used.

Everything was fantastic with the Hotel and amenities, staff service was amazing. There was only a few minor issues, but they were dealt with right away. Would love to come back. Karen in the sit down service, was probably the best server we have ever had, the others were all great too, but she is exceptionally good.

Excellent family vacation! This is a smaller resort with warm, friendly staff. It didn’t have the college party fee like other big resorts have and the beach and water were great for swimming and enjoying kayaks and SUPs. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we’ll definitely be back. My favourite
