Great hotel . Room was clean , Ac worked great , kitchen in room was fully stocked with all we needed including a coffee pot . Walking distance to shopping , strip , restaurants, groceries . Pool and hot tub were nice . Bring bug spray ! Staff were so nice ! Even enjoyed seeing the 2 lobby cats each night - CoCo and Jimmy . I Will definitely stay here again !

Riviera Maya Suite is located near the busy 5th Av. so very accessible to restaurants and also is very close to the beach. The personnel is very amicable and very helpful. The property gives you a feeling of being in the jungle. The yards, pool area brings calm and serenity. Overall a great place to stay for a no frills/simple way of living.

What a lovely stay! My boyfriend and I did the apartment, and it was extremely convenient to do laundry every day! They provided detergent and other necessities. The staff were very kind, helpful, and welcoming. My only gripe was that we upgraded from the bungalow, which while beautiful, had bugs but that was expected from the style of housing. Great place! Would stay again!

Honestly, this was the best trip of my life. The room was as advertised; huge, spacious, great bathroom, nice kitchen full of all of what you need to cook. The property is STUNNING and literally, so close to everything you need. Grocery, 5th Avenue, Laundry and Banks. Staff weas incredibly friendly and always smiling. Also, the two resident kittys quickly helped me from missing my own cat lol I couldn't recommend this place enough!

The bungalow we rented had privacy from the rest of the facility. It had nice hot water, a mini split AC, and ceiling fans. It also had a front porch with a couple of hammocks. The swimming pool was a few steps away. The staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The hotel is around the corner from 5th Ave where all the restaurants and bars are located, luckily there is hardly any noice at night from the clubs. I would definitely be back here on my next trip to Playa Del Carmen!
