Great property

Stayed in Phoenix for surgery at mayo. It was a short walk from parking to the unit, but we made it. Great to have the walking trail right out behind the unit! Everything was clean, stay was lovely.

Golf weekend

Overall our stay went well. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the property. Neighbors were friendly. The unit was comfortable for two couples. The only issue we had was we tried to contact the property manager late in the evening and only got voice mail. A nice unit in a good location.

It was okay, but...

One problem we had was occupant above us woke up every morning at 545, and clomped around, waking us up. Properly manager leaves a LOT to be desired. Could not get access to some of the amenities and took over 18 hours trying to reach vacasa that we just gave up. Apparently, this was a problem for the previous guests as well. Vacasa deleted my lukewarm review, which was funny. The condo itself was great. Well stocked, mostly clean when we checked in. Great location. Pool was great, once we figured out how to get in (no help from property manager). Close to shopping and nice neighborhood.

Spring break getaway

We rented this property for a spring break trip. Very nice apartment and perfect space for the four of us. Having the pool close to the apartment was very convenient! Having the pool heated was a definite plus as well! Location was central to a lot of activities. Would recommend this property to others.

Overpriced and difficult to find

I agreed to one price and by the time you added on Vacasa fees and taxes and whatever all else my price doubled. Condo is hidden behind another building with the door down a dark sidewalk with and impossible 10 digit code on a very temperamental lock

Nice place

The condo was nice, beds were comfortable and the place was clean. We had an issue with the air conditioner but the rental company was out the same day we called and was able to resolve it. The location was perfect to a quiet girls weekend, close to everything.

Comfortable and Convenient

Not quite as spacious and bright as the photos appear but very comfortable and convenient. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio and pool areas. Great walking trail right out the door. We would stay her again.

Scottsdale stay

We had a great time on Scottsdale. This property was conveniently located to airport about 25 mins, to surrounding areas that we traveled to, Sedona, Mesa, Sonoran desert. The condo was clean, pool was nice and just a few steps away. The only thing that would have been nice to have in condo, would have been a cooler and few ice packs to take with us places to keep water cool, sandwiches for day trips. We loved it and would come back again.

We found the front door lock unfriendly&consistent with having to put multiple #'s in several times.

The pool was warm&the hot tube was clean&temp.was just right.We did find the it a bit difficult to find the 130 unit #,it would be helpful for it to be in the front by the patio.It was confusing to find because the entrance is in the dark walk way back in&around the breeze way.

Great Location

This was our home base while our daughter was having surgery at Mayo Clinic hospital. The condo was convenient to the hospital and close to grocery stores and great restaurants. The condo itself was very quiet, updated and had great amenities (ex: new coffee pot, coffee grinder, etc). It was super clean and had a fantastic walking path out the backside that went along a golf course. Only complaints: bed in master bedroom wasn’t very comfortable, but know this can be based on individual preferences/needs, and the hot water takes forever to get to the master bathroom causing a lot of wasted water.

Golf Vacation

The property is in excellent condition and very clean. There were plenty of towels, pillows and kitchen amenities. The location is with a block of Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Jet Pizza and OHSO Brewery. The pool and the hot tub are nearby. We would recommend this place.
