Great place

Beautiful house and super safe neighborhood with nice neighbors. Very dog friendly. They even have a bed, a dog door and the yard is escape proof,. Be mindful of close neighbor. His patio is on the same side. The bed will having you sleep like a baby. So comfortable. The living room feels so at home. Kitchen has everything. Scott, our contact, was right there for any need. Thanks for a great stay.

Very comfortable home with everything needed. Great location to golf courses, biking and hiking. The garage is a bonus to lock up golf clubs, bikes and equipment. Close proximity to hot tub and pool. The grounds offer a nice walk with your dog.

Exactly what we needed

Our family came down to Phoenix/Scottsdale for a golf trip and this property was exactly what we were looking for. It was very clean, centrally located with lots of stores/restaurants nearby, easy to find, and the check-in process was seamless. 3-4 people could stay very comfortably and the back patio overlooking a golf course was a nice touch. My only feedback is that if you're looking to use the community pool/hot tub, it is a little bit of a walk from the property so we didn't end up using that amenity. We would stay here again if coming back.

Wonderful South Mountain Location. Great for pets!

Nice property in gated South Mountain community on The Raven Golf Course. This property is pet friendly and it is obvious from the moment we walked in. So if you do not have pets, you may not like it. If you do have pets, it is perfect! Owner was very responsive with a few issues we had. Master bed is very comfortable. Kitchen is large and well stocked. Garage is nice. Office area was good for some work that husband had to do. I would recommend a coded lock on the door to keep from having to deal with lockboxes and keys. I would love to stay here again, but unfortunately due to the pet dander, my allergies won't permit it.

High points include a large well-appointed kitchen and large master shower with high water pressure and rapidly heated water. This has been a problem at other places we have stayed. Phoenix was rainy, but we still had a good time at this cozy place!

My wife and I stayed at this property while I attended a golf school at the nearby Raven Golf Course. Scott was very helpful before we arrived providing helpful information about the property, nearby restaurants and the surrounding area. He responded to communications quickly. He included a 3 ring binder with all the info you need on the property including how to operate the electronic equipment to even where kitchen items are stored. The property is nicer than the pictures show. It was nice sitting on the back patio watching the golfers at the 16th green of the Raven golf course. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, is in a good location, is only a 10-15 minute drive to the Phoenix airport, and the neighbors are friendly. My wife had the neighborhood pool practically to herself during the day while I was at the golf school. Our only minor concern was the amount of time it took for hot water to get to the sinks and showers. We'd definitely stay at this property again if we're in the area!

Myself and my husband had a short stay of 5 nights. He played golf on The Raven Golf Course and I enjoyed relaxing in the sun! A couple of sun loungers were the only things missing!! It’s a great house.

As a former VRBO owner, I am picky about my rentals and this one did not disappoint. The home is comfortable and attractive, love the patio lights. I appreciate a well stocked kitchen with baggies, foil, paper towels, soap, etc. as well as coffee. The gated community is also a plus.

wonderful home

This house was perfect for our little family for what we needed it for. The property was clean and quiet and looked better in person than it does in the pictures. We enjoyed sitting out on the back patio in the late afternoons watching the golfers. WE didn't need to ask any questions because Scott had answered pretty much anything I would have asked in the information he provided prior to our arrival. Our daughter had a gymnastics meet at the Arizona Grand and this was in great proximity to the property for us. It was only about a 10 minute drive. There was also a grocery store (multiple) and plenty of places to eat within minutes. A quick drive from the airport and also plenty of places to explore. Overall great stay and very well equipped home.
