DO NOT STAY HERE
This listing should NOT be on VRBO. I almost never review properties and I specifically am reviewing this one because our experience was so horrible. The check in process was very cumbersome with the hosts making you fill out a lengthy form outside of the VRBO app and sending a separate security deposit. They wouldn’t send check in info until 1 hour before check in and even then, I had to call to ask to get the information. The property is in a very sketchy neighborhood of Phoenix and is a run down rental apartment complex that looks way dirtier than in pictures. When we got into the rental, it looked like the front door had been kicked in at some point and we felt very unsafe. Clearly the room had not been cleaned and we founds some gross things. We left immediately and asked for refund which was also annoyingly complicated. Yes the property is cheap but again, DO NOT STAY HERE. This property should not be a VRBO listing. This was the grossest and unsafest property I have ever stayed at for VRBO.
