What can I say?
1) This property is being falsely advertised as having a hot tub (as of writing this review on 7/17/22). When I inquired about having the hot tub heated, as I had paid a $105 hot tub fee, I was told the property did not have a hot tub but rather a spa (despite the property description clearly stating hot tub). I have requested a refund of this fee and have gotten no response from the property management.
2) Communication from the property management was abysmal. I first asked about hot tub heating ~3 weeks prior to our trip, then again a couple of days in; I did not get a reply through VRBO until I had contacted Vacasa separately and had asked for the fee refund (which I have still not gotten a reply to, 4 days later).
3) Property is not close to Universal at all despite the previous review (took 1hr to get to/from parks each of the 2 days we went), but Disney was reasonable (20-30min).
4) Property was as expected in terms of cleanliness/upkeep based on the photos. It’s a bit dated, and unfortunately the felt on the pool table was ripped when we arrived, but we appreciated the space allowing everyone to have their own room and spread out a bit.
Overall, the property was fine and functional, but not outstanding. Lack of communication from Vacasa and misrepresentation about the hot tub are why I reduced my rating.
