Boasting more than 1,200 square feet of space, the Abacos villas at Bahama Bay Resort & Spa are ideal for family vacations or group getaways. Enjoy meals in the well-equipped kitchen, which includes all major appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, stove, and microwave, and also includes cookware, utensils, and glassware. With plenty of room to spread out, you will love the spacious living room-dining room area and can take in the scenery from a screened balcony with tables and chairs. Keep an eye on the little ones in the condo's crib and high chair. The Market Place in the main Clubhouse offers a wide selection of items, from sundries and necessities to souvenirs, apparel, gifts, drinks, snacks, ice cream, and accessories.

The Tradewinds Restaurant and Bar, located within the resort, is poolside on Lake Davenport's shore. With indoor and outdoor seating and a bar with lake views, you can enjoy ice-cold drinks, signature burgers, and fries!

Motorcycles are allowed but may not be on a trailer. Boats, trailers, RVs, and jet skis are prohibited.
All shared amenities are open and operating under limited capacity and new operating hours. Specific information will be provided after booking.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
