Drug infested

Our vacation was less than great. Luke warm water. Two towels per bathroom, and only one roll of tissue in each bathroom. My kids also found a bag of drugs, scale, baggies for distribution in their room. My four year old could have died this weekend from an overdose. Very wreckless and compromise in safety.

Great deal for our trip

We used this condo as a place to crash between all our outings. We have stayed in other Windsor Hills properties, so we definitely like the gated community. This condo was well stocked with kitchen ware for what we needed for a week. We made it work if it wasn’t exactly what we are used to. There were plenty of towels, extra bed had we needed it, and even a starter pack with dishwasher soaps, washing machine soap, garbage bags, toilet paper, sponges, etc. we enjoyed our stay and found the beds comfortable. Any issues that had arose (which were a few minor things), the property manager was prompt at responding and correcting. We would stay again!

Condo was okay for the price

Condo was okay. It was outdated definitely an older condo. We never had hot water for a shower. One day we had no hot water and we called the maintenance people. Once they came out it was luke warm water at best. Condo was pretty big clean. The little screened in porch was nice. Beds were comfortable. For the price it was nice. The pool and splash pad area was great!!! This has nothing to do with the condo…. But the resort in general needs to find a better way to get cars in at security. We waited over 15 minutes just to get into the resort. For some reason it just took forever for them to let the cars come in. I don’t know why they don’t open the other lane.

Nice location. Property is a bit dated.

First and foremost—we had a very nice stay. We were in town for 4 nights for a cheer competition. It was close to the venue. Easy check-in even though we didn’t get there until 1am!! Overall a great value for the price. Only critiques are small but may be more important for other guests. The soap in the main bath was empty. There was only one wash cloth for the main bath, and there were no spare blankets. The main closet is full of high chairs so hanging up clothes had a Tetris vibe. The furnishings, linen and flooring are a bit out dated but comfortable. One of those pillowtop mattress cover things would be awesome on the main bed. The pool and amenities were great. The location is safe and close to essentials. A few tweaks and this place would be even more of a hidden gem. Thanks for letting us enjoy your property!!
