Cozy 3 bedroom townhouse located in Reunion Resort

Newly built townhome! Gather with your family/friends, in an open floor plan with access to a private patio, fully equipped kitchen, & game room. Designed as an ideal home to relax, cook, play, & create memories! Step outside on the patio to watch the sunset over the Jack Nicklaus Driving Range. End the night in 1 of the 3 bedrooms with 2 king beds, and 2 twin-sized beds. 2 full bathrooms upstairs, and 1-half bathroom downstairs. Close to Disney World. Access to 10 pools & water park.

The space
First Floor: open floor plan connecting the kitchen, dining area, and living room.
Couch space for ~6 people, dining table for 6 people, and barstools for 4 people. Smart TV and sound bar in living room!

Outdoors: Private patio space with seating for 8 people. Backyard overlooks Jack Nicklaus Driving Range. Not pictured: metal screen enclosing patio with door to access grass area.

Gameroom: located in the garage! Has a basketball game, and putting green, so bring your putter!

Second Floor: 3 bedrooms. One master bedroom with a full bathroom and walk-in closet. One bedroom with a king bed and a second room with 2 twin beds. Each room has a smartTV. There is a common bathroom between the other bedrooms. The laundry unit and cleaning supplies are also located on the second floor.

Neighborhood: Eagle Trace, an under-construction area but it is not disruptive to renters. This neighborhood is located near the Reunion Entrance off of Sinclair Road. Walking distance to the Traditions Restaurant. Driving distance to the waterpark and pools.
