The home was exactly what we wanted. Had a little problem with a visitor and their parking in the driveway. The resort security never gave us the paper about the parking til after the problem. The car was towed away....within minutes of them parking...which was costly. Aparking.

Great and spacious

Great place for a large group or family. We were very happy with property and area. I would suggest more TV's due to some of the rooms not having any. Also we did encounter a few roaches but nothing excessive but I would suggest a pest control visit.

Home away from home!

Was very surprised the spa was not hot! Yes we understood the pool to be cold unless we paid extra to heat but we have never experienced the spa not being heated Beautiful home with wonderful character themed rooms.

Great Family Spot

This was a fantastic property. It was clean, spacious, and on a good location. There were several rooms that were decorated in themes, and each room had its own bathroom. It had a great outside lanai pool in area to barbecue. We did not use these amenities, but they were nice. The only reason that I did not give a five star for overall experience is because of the thermostat. It had gotten cold in Florida the weekend that we were there and we could not figure out how to turn on any heat in the house so it was freezing other than that our stay was Fantastic.

The hot water heater went out two different times in four days making showers impossible. Fixed it quickly the first time, the 2nd time, we were told sorry for the inconvenience. Hot tub never heated up, pool did.

Just what we needed

Lots of rooms, ample kitchen area and pool for the kids and grandkids to spend ours in. Pool table and huge dining table. Plenty of room for all 13 of us.

Best short-term rental experience we've ever had

We were blown away by this place, and the property manager as well. We arrived an hourly early before check-in while the cleaning staff was wrapping up, and they called the property manager who let us in without questions. You walk into this place and and can't help but say "wow" aloud. You're greeted by the huge dining table which probably had room for 20 people, and then enter the open concept kitchen and living room which was a huge space with lots of cupboard space, a large island, a pool table, and with a glimpse of the pool behind. Each bedroom was upstairs and had its own theme with beautiful murals and a large bathroom. You don't need to bring anything but your clothes and toys/boardgames for the kids - everything else is provided. The pool was amazing to come home to after a day at one of the many theme parks in the area. The resort this property is located on is great as well, and we took advantage of the pool, table tennis, gym, and garbage disposal. This was simply the best vacation we've had in a long time, and you cannot deny the value this place offers. We'll be coming back again!

Booked this property for 3 days in feb 2024 and when we booked them responding was great and on time. We paid for heating for pool and spa and it was cold didn't work so I contacted them to let them know. He admitted that it was missing a piece so I ask for a refund because it did not work at all. It is a week later and he still telling me they have not talked to maintenance to verify it and I still have not received my refundable security deposit. They false advertise on some of the amen to they have in the home like washer and dryer. They may have one onsite but not inside the home. Worst experience ever but the house was beautiful not to old.

Perfect location

Home was just as stated. Home needs to have TV's in every room. My grandkids had a blast at the clubhouse pool and playground. The worst part of the home is how they do trash, the last guest left trash in the bin and the trash compacter they want you to go to was really disgusting, it was piled higher than the actually trash dump. It was unbelievable, the trash piled up was higher than the actial trash compacter. Other than this the house is gorgeous.
