So the location of this property was amazing. Right by Times Square, lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance, safe and clean place. BUT the hotel itself advertises 3-4 restaurants/bars, etc and literally many were “closed” or they were no longer serving food at 7pm at night! The main margaritaville restaurant on the 2nd level that was open to public was always open, but the lobby bar, 6th floor (pool area), and rooftop were hit or miss whether they were even open! Many times we tried going up to the rooftop for a drink, or my son came with me to get a cheesecake while I enjoyed a drink and were told that the kitchen was “closed”. Are you kidding? So we walked across the street to a place that was open. So I feel the hotel needs to work on their accommodations/amenities if they are going to advertise them. Also, the pool was open at 3pm but the restraurant/bar attached to it wasn’t so couldn’t even get a drink when in the pool. Super frustrating!! And rooftop is smoke-free so nowhere in whole place to have a drink and a cigar, like nowhere, even though there is patio seating.

Overall good stay. Staff was great! Great location! Average cleaning due to dirty toilet seat, gummy on bathroom floor, and hair in bathroom and on bed.

In the heart of Broadway, this hotel was two minutes from the show we had come to New York to see. It was close to the trains Tatiana s well, seven blocks which was great. The staff were the best, and helped me to print out travel documents for our cruise and provided water bottles and were just great. Definitely going to return in warmer weather to try the rooftop pool!

My daughters and I just stayed for 2 nights at the Margaritaville Resort in Times Square. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurants and bar weee great. Our room was clean and bright and offered a great view of the city! We will definitely be back to visit.
