I have stayed at Margaritaville 4 to 5 times over the last few years. It's always been a great place to stay. This trip, as usual, the service in the hotel is average. The rooms are clean and new, there is always a doorman, which make you feel safe. Plus, you cannot get to the rooms without a door card, which is nice. Unfortunately, it seems they have new management or something, but this last time was a hassle. They overbilled my card, and instead of working out the issues, they immediately looked for ways to justify the billing, they then billed my card a second time for the same charges, without my permission. I ultimately had to call my bank and the funds were forced returned. I'm probably going to find a new home base for my NYC visits.

The location was great, close to the subway & Times Square. The hotel it’s self was decent, the staff were friendly, the rooms was clean. The shower had no pressure and kept turning off. We paid to upgrade to “city view” but were at the back of the hotel so the city we saw was not the pretty view we expected.

$58.31 was charged to my card. No heads up. It was for a resort fee. We were handed two beach towels. Largest resort fee I every heard of. BEWARE IT IS A DAILY CHARGE OF 58.31!!!!

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding a very unpleasant experience during my recent stay at your hotel. During our vacation, the air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly. We reported the issue to the front desk, and while a technician was sent to temporarily fix it, the system failed again shortly afterward. This situation turned our much-anticipated vacation into a nightmare. Despite paying for what we expected to be a comfortable and high-quality stay, we were left extremely disappointed by the lack of a permanent solution to such a basic and essential amenity. It is unacceptable to endure such discomfort, especially after paying a considerable amount for what was supposed to be a premium service. We hope that appropriate measures will be taken to ensure that future guests do not go through a similar experience. Sincerely

Hotel was clean and in a good location in Times Square. It's a very busy part of the city so would only do for a short stay. Hotel was very clean. Was extremely disappointed that there's a double resort fee charged. When you see the price quote when booking it says it includes taxes and fees. When you look at the price breakdown it lists "resort fee" and adds it to the total price. After entering in your payment you're offered trip protection at the bottom of that offer it then says you'll be charged ANOTHER $50 resort fee at the hotel (plus taxes). It was $157 extra in fees at hotel check out even though we pre-paid the fee that had a resort fee added in the price.
