The room we stayed in was quite small but that’s what you get in NYC I guess! However, it was clean and very well updated. We were close to everything. The elevators take forever to come but otherwise no complaints.

The room was very nice and narrow but that's NYC. Close to everything, nice restaurant across the street. A lot of street noise during morning and evening rush hour but again, that's Times Square! Would stay again.

Rooms were spotless and clean, but the kind of clean that you can feel, not just "appearing" clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. For Times Square, this is a gem.

Room was nice and beautiful, area is eh but overall loved the stay only downfall was my nachos just felt like it was so expensive for very little portion, but I can careless about food because it’s a “hotel” and overall the room was phenomenal the room service was phenomenal and the gym A1.
