It was okay.

Location was great, but the walls are paper thin. Do not get the bottom floor, you will hear every footstep and conversation above you. I would not eat there either.

Other than having to check-in at the Patent location everything was great! I really liked that we got tickets for beach loungers and umbrella! Our condo was clean and nicely equipped. The location is awesome! We had a very enjoyable stay!

Rooms were cleaned everyday and tyhe staff was very helpful

Although this property is listed on VRBO, it is actually the Dorchester Hotel on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach. The facilities were in very good condition and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again in the future.

Great Property in the heart of Sobe, great communication, staff was great, initially had an issue with AC but maintenance was prompt & had unit running quickly. Would definitely recommend & book here again!

Great location, but needs proper cleaning

The place was in a great location and everything would be ok, but throughout the stay, we kept finding dirt in all the places - a lot of hair - in towels, in the bedroom, on the sofa. That was the only thing that really lowered the quality of stay and thus the rating.

Nice long-term stay

The property is very comfortable, set back from busy street, so was very quite, in a great location. The grounds are well maintained. Ability to use sister hotel facilities was a plus. Overall, very happy with my choice.
