Upon checking in to the condo, we were very happy. It was spacious and cozy. The location was amazing. I received a message from the company asking how things were, which I thought was nice. However, the listing was inaccurate. It was listed with another room with a queen bed in bedroom #3. I have a screenshot of this! Then the bunk room is actually the common room, and the common room info is actually a bunk room. We unfolded the sofa bed and found blood stains on the mattress protector. There were minimal towels. The driveway was an icy hazard! We reported all this and the company acted like they would fix things promptly. Someone came out the next day and sprinkled ice melt. He said he would bring out 2 more jars of it the next day and address the other issues. No one came. Both of my children fell on the ice, with my son hitting his head against the concrete. I kept being told that our safety was important. Finally someone came the next day after I complained and we were left with more ice melt. The hot tub was greenish and murky. I had reported that as well and no one ever came for that. I really wished things had been better as this was a great property and it seemed like the company was responsive, but in the end it was disappointing.
