Check in is 6:00 which in my experience is later than most hotels. I came at 5:00 to ask for early check in. The rooms was not ready but they said they would text me when it was. I thought that was a nice touch except I never heard from them. The grounds and trails are beautiful. We had a balcony with a nice view. There’s some ponds and a stream for fishing. It’s a short drive to town with a few restaurants on the way. I recommend.

This is a great family destination for visiting the Rockies. Whether you are going into the park (which is just a short hike into the park) or just going to enjoy all the activities that are offered on the 800 acres. Sophia checked us in and was super sweet and very helpful.

Great amenities, so many things to do for a family. Definitely should stay for more than 1 night, as 1 full day is not enough to explore and doo everything here! Though, the room could be cleaner. But overall, we had a great stay.

The place is big, but they do summer camp there and the kids are loud past the quiet time. The pool was closed and that was the main thing we wanted. The food hall was hot and the food was okay. Other than that the place is cool, had lots to do

When we got to our room it was 85 degrees. Thankfully there was a box fan to put in the window that helped cool down the room. The hallways and lobby smelled dirty and there was toothpaste splattered on the bathroom wall by the sink. Would not stay here again.

The room wasn't the cleanest, the bathroom had a urine odor when we first arrived which made me concerned that they didn't adequately clean the room. Aside from that, the property was great. Huge area with lots of amenities. We didn't use any of the food or dining options so can't comment on those.
