The hotel was grim. Room had received a "very light refresh". Same vintage air conditioner that sounded like gears grinding in an antique car. Ceiling tiles falling down from the ceiling in the hallway. Paper thin walls. They allow dogs, and they barked frequently during the night. The worst single pane windows need to be replaced and let all the road and parking lot noise in. The "mountain view" room we paid extra for gave us a nice view of the side of the building and the parking lot. Don't waste your money on that. This is a motel in every sense of the word and definitely not even remotely worth what they are charging. Way overpriced. We will not be back.

The room was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The front desk staff could have been more helpful to inform guests about the elevator being down and giving an update as to where to get to our room. This was resolved by the next day, thankfully. All other amenities were great and will definitely book again.

Clean rooms, amenities. Upon check-in friendly staff, room was clean and up to par. Dinner was excellent with great, friendly service. We paid for breakfast, nothing to brag about, and different to other Holiday Inn properties. Unlike other properties, there was not very many breakfast options to choose from. During breakfast, the 2 staff members upon arrival seemed discombobulated and unorganized. We had to ask for multiple items such as water, coffee, silverware and coffee condiments. We were told two times that they were to serve you, and that we could not serve ourselves. Sadly, we witnessed the tables around us receive the quality of service that we also should have been getting. Upon arrival, the tables were a little dirty had to clean ourselves before sitting.I think we would have been happier eating breakfast somewhere else, with better service and more food options that we know are the standard of other Holiday Inn properties that we have visited. For what we paid for this hotel stay, we clearly felt that the quality versus price was very lopsided and the value was not worth the price. All in all, the hotel property was nice, clean and well maintained and suitable for bringing along our valued pet. The outside fire pits were a nice touch.

Check in process took entirely way too long their credit card system was locked up and the front desk employee didn’t seem to understand that and was acting like I didn’t know how to swipe a card. Our room was in the tower which has a trash receptacle right inside the doors that’s smelled horrible. Once in for the night we tried to watch TV however our TV was stuck on one scene of a movie and pink.

Well, the property is ok. Nothing bad about it. Their restaurant is good, only problem they serve only breakfast and dinner. The rooms were clean by kind of dingy. The property seems old.They have no bell hops and you have to drive your car around to get to the door and get your luggage in yourself. The staff was nice but not overly helpful. For the price it was not worth it I feel. They give bare minimum dove amenties. No slippers or robes..There is nothing particularly wrong and the outside of the property looks nice. But just its not a $200+/ night place.

We stay in Estes park every October and I can’t believe I didn’t find this hotel sooner! My kids loved the indoor pool, there are fire pits to do s’mores, and there’s a game room.
