Pool was being repaired, we weren’t aware it was unusable until arrival. Breakfast was minimal but enough for us for the morning. Pretty views, quiet, close enough to walk into town.

We had a room that had two queen beds, a balcony, and a view of the mountains. It seemed like it was new or recently remodeled because it was beautiful! The staff was very nice when we checked in and out. It was very quick and easy to get anywhere in Estes. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

LOVED our visit at Coyote Lodge. The rooms were clean, safe, comfortable, and felt classic in a retro way (if that makes sense). My family and I were here for one night, and all agreed we would love to stay longer if we could. Staff was great and let us check in a little early. Super close to the Main Street of Estes and the Rocky Mountain National Park. Highly recommend.

We stayed in a large suite that was in a separate building from the other rooms. It is showing wear, but was clean. It had a nice attached deck off the back of the unit that was very nice had it been warmer out. The motel was located in a convenient spot. They had a small continental breakfast and my husband loved the premade waffles!

I love Coyote Mountain Lodge. It's been a little over a year since I last stayed. It's beautiful, quiet and safe. A wonderful place to stay any time of the year.

This is my 2nd stay here. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure. The linens and bathroom were clean, but the room, overall, was in need of a deep clean. As a female travelling alone, I was put in the 2nd building. Normally, this would not be an issue but the hotel was totally empty and it didn't feel very safe. This was different for the 2nd night though (more guests arrived). In an attempt to check out, I went to the office and it was closed, over 1/2 hour after they were supposed to be open. Guests had zero access to breakfast and I was not the only one trying to access the front desk. Next time in town, I may look elsewhere.

When I tried to check in, the guy couldn't find keys to my room. He scrambled for about 20 minutes, but nothing. He apologized several times and seemed a bit nervous, but I reassured him that I'd be willing to take whatever he had available. He ended up finding a room and then the key didn't fit. Honestly, I couldn't get annoyed because sometimes these things just happen. He went above and beyond to get us situated. We finally got into our room and it was probably the cleanest room I've ever stayed in. It wasn’t super fancy, but was very cute and super tidy. I will be staying here again for sure. If the hotel reads this review, give that guy a raise. He's worth every penny.

When we arrived we received an upgraded room free of charge which was nice however the new room was dirty and housekeeping was gone for the day so they immediately upgraded us again to the condo suite again at no additional charge, they were wonderful.
