Staff was courteous. Room was dusty but we let it go for housekeeping next day. Turns out they only do full service every 3 days. We were there for 10 days. In those 10 days, toilet was never cleaned, room never dusted. Ice bucket plastic bag never replaced after 1st use. Common hallways not vacuumed, saw same trash on the carpet for the entire stay.

Nice heated pool. The breakfast was good, show up at least an hour and a half before it’s over if you want it warm. The staff in the restaurant were very nice as well. The rooms are dated but good. The first room we were put in smelled musty and felt like I was breathing in chemicals but thankfully they switched our room when I mentioned.

Walls were thin, we could hear everything around us on the weekend (Friday and Saturday). Bed mattresses were very worn with indentations from years of use. Breakfast was basic school cafeteria value. TV was old and couldn’t watch tv apps. Shower amenities were very cheap. Everyone who works at the hotel was kind, helpful and delightful.

Great room clean room very good view of the mountains. I will be back it will well worth the money. The buffet breakfast is really good. They have guys making fresh omelets on the spit along with tons of other breakfast foods. It was great. The rest untreated us very good also and it was good food and the sweet tea was the best around.

What a gem!! So comfortable. In the morning, EVERY staff member that crossed my path said, “Good morning!” and the staff at the complimentary breakfast were above and beyond. Best breakfast ever! Very highly recommend.
