The facility was wonderful. The food was good. Ryiah at the front was absolutely the best. She helped us when we called ahead of time and was so welcoming to myself and my kiddos the whole time we were there. We will absolutely be back. Thanks Ryiah.

Great downtown pick for CS

The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in a long time!!! The washer dryer being located on 7th floor worked but I had to go downstairs 3 times to get change, then machine took too many quarters to start. The staff were all - yes I mean all- very friendly and super helpful. I eat fairly clean food and prefer healthier options for breakfast, but their coffee was excellent. Overall I highly recommend this location ….I walked to dinner with lots of options and got some shopping done a couple of streets over. If you are in the area stay here….you won’t be disappointed.

Very safe! I would warn you, if you have never been to downtown Colorado Springs, be prepared for paid parking. I highly suggest using the parking meters as it seems to be the most cost effective! The rooms were very clean and quiet, and the pool was great! There are plenty of places to eat or grab dessert nearby (within walking distance).

When I checked in, I was informed that I was booked for two rooms and that my credit card had been charged. I called, and a Hotels.com representative said she only saw one room charge. Great Hotel

Great hotel downtown Colorado Springs. Easy and cheap parking in the public lot across the street. I paid $8.00 for the night. Breakfast was good, room was nice. Only issue was hot water took a long long time to get warm for a shower but 5 star worthy still for me.
