I wanted to give this property a good review, but the experience ultimately fell short due to poor host responsiveness and unresolved issues.The interior of the home was clean and nicely finished however, several basic problems were never addressed. Early in the stay, I reported that the master shower was not working properly. Sink pressure was normal, indicating a shower-specific issue, yet no one came to inspect it and the primary bathroom shower was unusable for the duration of our stay.There were also basic amenity gaps. We did not have enough towels, no proactive offer was made to bring more, and when using the downstairs shower as a workaround, their was no shampoo downstairs and given the dispensors were attached to the wall we couldn't easily bring any down. These are fundamental expectations for a professionally managed rental.The most consistent issue was responsiveness. Messages often took many hours or more than a day to receive a response, and none of the issues raised were actually resolved. Communication felt reactive rather than attentive, and there was no outreach from the owner.The surrounding area and exterior noise were disruptive, which made timely and proactive management even more important. Unfortunately, that support was not there.Given the premium price, this did not feel like professionally managed lodging. I would not stay here again unless responsiveness, maintenance follow-through, and basic guest support are significantly improved.
