My husband & I stayed for some appointments at MD Anderson. Gated property, very quiet. Could’ve been a little cleaner, there was cereal in the couch & the couch had some stains. My biggest complaint which is not the hosts fault but the first day she lets us know maintenance would be doing some painting. When we arrived they were not painting but replacing boards on the patio. So we listened to hammering a few hours. Second day, grass being mowed and when they weed whacked flinging debris at the door. Third day, replacing the boards on the upper unit right outside the bedroom window. Went to go onto the patio & open the curtain and one of the guys is on the patio. Fourth day, painting the patio boards. Never once did they come to the door to let us know what they were doing. Thankfully during this visit I did not have to receive any treatments but if I did not a recovery environment for sure.

Great apartment in the perfect spot

This property is the perfect place to stay if you're visiting Houston. It's in a quiet apartment complex with beautiful landscaping. The apartment is well furnished and very clean. The bed is so comfortable that I slept better than I have in a long time. I will definitely save this place for future trips.

Super friendly environment, friendly people within the complex, very relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, beds were comfortable, the thermostat kept the place cool and nice and clean, only complaint is I can’t stay longer!

Great location for MD Anderson treatments

My mother needed to do 10 treatments over 3 weeks and this condo was perfect! It was a great location because it was only 1.4 miles from MD Anderson Radiation Center. So we literally could leave 45 mins before appt and have time to get there, park and walk in and still be 15 mins early. We completely felt safe also at the location. And when a concern did come up with the door lock the owner answered quickly and solved the problem immediately. We will definitely stay here again should we need further treatments at MD Anderson

The property was clean and stocked well, however it had a peculiar odor. I want to think it was just the age of the property. The patio would be much more enjoyable with a ceiling fan, there is absolutely no air circulation. So, overall it was average.
