Cherryhurst Park corner cottage with canopy of live oaks in Montrose, Houston's most walkable and hip neighborhood. Located directly across the street from Cherryhurst Park, this brick cottage is private and secluded, yet is walkable to scores of restaurants, bars and clubs. There is a covered patio in back with nice seating, a BBQ, a beverage refrigerator and a hot-tub. The bedrooms have nice mattresses and luxury linens. The kitchen has everything you might need. There is an office space with a nice desk and comfortable chair overlooking Cherryhurst Park. Parking is in a private, two car garage.
