Upon arrival couldn’t check in until two hours from check-in time bed was dirty sheets was not clean. The bathroom toilet had broke the last day of our stay. The ice machine was not clean. The AC was not blowing had to pay a $200 deposit. what was it was not notified upon reservation that’s one $200 have to be paid. staff was not as friendly hotel room was a sanitize. I wasn’t expecting the blossom to give us experience that we receive we came from Dallas to get married in Houston. blossom Hotel did not give us our expectation 2 stars. Will not recommend.

At first, I was a little hesitant about the valet parking being $50 per night, but it turned out to be incredibly convenient—absolutely worth it. Everything about this hotel was amazing. From the service to the overall atmosphere, it was a perfect 10/10 experience. The only minor issue was that the hot water in the shower wasn’t quite as hot as I would have liked. Still, that didn’t take away from how much I enjoyed my stay. I definitely look forward to staying here again!
