Gross

The house was not cleaned, sheets were not washed, and it smelled like dog. I checked out 3 days early and he offered me a $100 refund which I haven’t received. I should have contacted VRBO first night and reported it. He was very cordial but I should have been refunded the entire stay, it was gross! No wash clothes, soap, one towel, just not a pleasant experience for a furnished place.
