This well-maintained 1824 historic home was built by Robert Manning, uncle and guardian to Salem's Nathaniel Hawthorne. The home is conveniently close to the commuter rail to Boston. Walk 15 minutes to vibrant downtown Salem to explore shops, art galleries, museums, a variety of dining options, and of course all the haunted happenings. This is a rare opportunity to access an entire home complete with fenced in yard and off street parking all in the heart of Salem!

This antique home is full of charming original details like decorative fireplaces and exposed beams while incorporating many updates. This rare spacious home offers over 2000 sq feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms - plenty of room for the whole family! Enjoy the comforts and conveniences the home has to offer including:

ā€¢ This is an antique family home over 200 years old. The home still has many of the original character and furnishings which the owners are renovating over time. You will experience "old house charm" like stairs that creak or windows that may rattle but we hope this will only enhance your spooky adventure in Salem :)
ā€¢ 2 of the bedrooms are adjoined by one of the full bathrooms "jack and jill" style

*Rental Agreement is required to be signed after reservation has been confirmed. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of reservation.
*Damage Protection included - we have included a $28 charge in your total quote that covers your purchase of $1500 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on the rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a cash damage deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement.
