Upon check-in we were informed of no water until 7am, but it did come on at 3am, so not so bad. Beds were a little uncomfortable, maybe have 2 queens with a queen pull out sofa so all can fit, not just the short and skinny. Breakfast was decent, but attendant was pushy. Overall it was good enough for one night.

Nous sommes restés 5 nuits et à chaque jour, il y avait un problème avec le ménage de la chambre (pas de serviette, les poubelles non-vidées, les verres sales pas changé, etc.). Expérience décevante par rapport à notre dernier séjour.

5 nights here at the Medford Hyatt were great. Friendly and helpful staff at all times. Breakfast was simple yet good each morning. Only thing that would have been extra nice would be the shuttle. It was not operational the staff said at the time being.

Staff great; facilities need lots of work.
The positive: all of the employees have been wonderful to deal with. There is a woman who works at the buffet in the morning who I absolutely adore to see on each of my trips. The negative: Property has been advertising renovations coming for the past year and a half but nothing to show for it. The couches are sunk in and rooms showing their age. Key fobs at doors don’t work anymore.

When I get to the hotel they tell me that I have to pay 15 USD per night for parking, I had to pay 30 USD for parking for two nights. As for the room, the first thing is that it does not have a microwave, the sink is in the room and the bathroom is very small, it does not have enough towels for each person in the room, the customer service is more or less good . I do not recommend that hotel to go with your family.

The hotel was very helpful. Even though it was busy the front desk made sure we understood how to get around. The breakfast was good and the woman in the dining area was very nice. This hotel also allowed a late checkout after my marathon and that enabled me to shower before flying home. I was very grateful.
