Staff was great and very helpful and welcoming. My only complain is the hotel itself. It is very outdated. The room you can tell was cleaned but everything was very old and worn out. Sofa was worn out , bed was worn out , tv was not a smart tv where you can connect streaming services. Lights were not working as well .

Used the laundry, it was clean and handy. Only one elevator was working for eight floors of hotel. Kind of a problem. Not many convenient plugs in the room for plugging in devices. Parking was under the hotel which made it seem safe. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

The water was off when we checked in at midnight. The room was dusty and the bathroom walls had water damage the wallpaper was bubbled with water!
