When I arrived there were dirty tissues on the bathroom floor. There was only 1 roll of tp, and it was not replenished when I told the downstairs staff, it wasn’t until I called to ask for to that it was delivered, and that happened 2 hours after I called. Also I explained that I only needed parking for a few days not my entire stay. Yet, I was charged for more days than I requested. No one seemed able to correct this oversight. This was my 3rd stay here because it is close to my son’s apt. Due to the lack of service and attention to detail, I will look elsewhere for housing for my weeklong visits.

This is a clean and restful spot in a very busy part of Massachusetts. Overall very nice stay, I went with four stars instead of five due to the overall size of the room.
