The kids loved the pool area. There were only 2 single use bathrooms in the lobby area and seemed a little outdated. Breakfast was fantastic. Loved the variety.

There were fruit flys in the room. I found some trash under the sink in the bathroom. The staff was super friendly and helpful even when the fire alarm went off(false alarm/non-emergency)

The biggest issue was our room was changed to a king size bed with a pull out instead of the two queens we reserved. We were told they overbooked. I don't understand why a reservation is not exactly what you requested.

The carpeting was filthy, especially the elevators. Rust stains on the bathroom walls from the grab bars. Soiled and missing tiles on the walls in common areas. Overall, the entire facility is in desperate need of an upgrade.

The staff was super nice but unfortunately the room next to us had a dog that barked and howled Non-Stop and the hotel was unable to do anything about it so after about a half hour we ended up leaving.

They offer breakfast in the morning and it probably had the most options we have ever had at a "free hotel breakfast". There was plenty of parking and the staff was very polite. There are a few fast food options around the property as well. We would definitely stay again.
