For starters we had to constantly wait most of the time for someone to even come to the front desk. The room we were in, 102, was a handicap room, which is no problem but, the shower curtain was so short that when we took showers the water flooded the floor. My husband almost slipped and fell. We had to sop up the water with our clean towels. One night, after all of us had taken showers, there was so much water on the floor it was pooling under the sink. We called the front desk to send someone with a mop as all of our towels were soaking wet. She argued with me that there wasn’t any water at all under the sink until she put the mop under it and saw for herself. She then rudely told us that we needed to make sure we closed the curtain when we showered...like we were Neanderthals and never took a shower before. My husband explained to her about the curtain being too short and she replied with, “Well, I can’t stay here all night mopping up this water!” I was so upset with having, not only deal with sopping up water every night of our stay but, to be treated like we were stupid on top of it all. That shower situation is a lawsuit waiting! There was also no exhaust fan in the bathroom, why not? Horrible! On a positive note, the breakfast staff was fabulous! Very nice people with great positive attitudes. They were cheerful and were on top of everything!
