Arriving after midnight was not expected and we called twice to let them know but still they couldn’t find our reservation. We booked two double beds but instead got one with a not very clean room. We were too tired to complain and fell asleep right away. Breakfast beyond continental was for an additional price which is not how it was advertised. Overall disappointing but better than sleeping in the car.

No in house food other that a snack area.... Pool water cloudy, filters poss not working...same garbage in filter and pool for 3 days...

Location was good. Nice indoor swimming pool. The room key did not open the pool area door but some guests inside let me in. They said the key swipe didn't work. Room was spacious. Heater fan was a bit noisy. I turned off the heater when I left the room and used it to warm up the room before going to sleep. The third night I found the heater did not work at all! I didn't mind until the next morning when I found there was NO HOT WATER. At checkout I told the clerk about lack of heat and no hot water and she made a note. But she didn't apologize. That's why the rating is low.

We did have a leak in our water boiler, which did cause the hot water issue, which was corrected shortly after the leak occurred. We are sorry that we were unable to make this better while you were still on property. We hope to welcome you back again soon, so we can show you the stay was an exception.

all and all it was OK .. not worth the $170.00. Continental breakfast was not included and the reception on the TV was terrible and the free wifi didn't work. Also .. ice machine on our floor was out of order.

We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay. We will take a look at the room that you had stayed in. We do not have a continental breakfast, although we do have a full service restaurant. Holiday Inn Hotels have a Kids Eat Free Program, while Holiday Inn Express does have a complimentary breakfast. We will take a look at the TV reception and wifi, because we were not aware that this was not working. Also one ice machine is out of order, and we have a replacement already on it's way. We do have a hotel renovation later this year, and hope you return to see our improvements!
