Probably had broken appliances, pool was green looking and heavy chlorine smell and hot water went out, hallway smelled like cigarettes and animal urine.oh and housekeeping was rude and short when asked questions also couch was all torn with a dirty smell definitely wouldn’t stay again.

We had an accessible suite and it worked great for us. Rooms are a bit dated - but clean. The staff was so helpful. The lady who was working Nov 1-2 the 3-11 ish shift was so kind!!!

Bed room and bathroom was fine living area was not in great condition stains all over chair and couch. The pull out sofa is definitely not comfortable at all but that was expected. The breakfast was decent and the staff were very friendly and attentive.

The building was in need of upkeep and repair. Lobby area was nice but up in the rooms there was worn carpet, walls needing paint, holes in the wallpaper. In our room the sink stopper was jammed shut. Stuck a toothpick in it to get the sink to drain. No one at front desk to tell. Not what I expect from a Hilton.

Furniture needed replacing. They had a lamp that was held up with black electrical tape, couch cushions had stains and what I'm assuming were cigarette burns. The sheet on the pull out bed was torn pretty badly. Breakfast service was amazing. Housekeeping was so so. Front desk attendance was good. It was nice overall minus the furniture.
