Great hotel near Salem

Pros: Staff was friendly, comfy beds and the restaurant in the lobby is convenient.
Cons: The restaurant food was a bit pricey and the selection is limited.
Location: Salem is where we spent our time!

nice hotel

Cons: see comments about continental breakfast and in room coffee
Location: right off the hi way, so no traveling into town and getting lost
for the price of the room they could have had free coffee in morning and continental breakfast, the in room coffee is really bad. other then that the hotel is very nice, and staff is very friendly. i plan on going back there next time i head up that way

Great time

Pros: Sophia's, the in-house bar and grill was totally acceptable if you don't feel like running out for a meal
This our first time taking our 11-month old son to a hotel. Obviously, we had many concerns. Luckily, though we had a wonderful stay. The hotel was extremely clean and the entire staff was accommodating.

The Staff was great even though

Pros: INDOOR POOL AND HOT TUB
Location: EXCELLENT
the staff was great even though they had hundreds of guesta for a few weddings there this weekend.. we were still treated like VIP and had personalized service.. even though we were not paRT OF ANY WEDDINGS THAT WERE THERE.. EXCELLENT JOB.. GREAT FOOD.. CLEAN AND VERY COMFORTABLE ROOMS. aWESOME!

Totally Disappointed

Disappointing at best.....arrived to a very nice room. The first day arrived back to the room after being gone all day to find dirty room service dishes still in room, trash not emptied, coffee making supplies not refilled and the beds appeared to be a made up mess. I filed a complaint with the front desk that night. The second day I expected to come back to a prestine room. Was I wrong.....came back to find beds again a made up mess (a four year old could have done better) and my bed pillows on the floor.....REALLY....THAT IS DISGUSTING

Nice place

Pros: Quiet
This was worth the money. Very nice/ classy place. Everything seemed clean. TV was at the side of the bed- which was a little awkward- but, no biggie. We were in the area for a friend and stayed one quick night only. No complimentary breakfast. I would definately recommend this place and would stay again.
