This is our second year in a row staying at this hotel, and we have not had a problem yet! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and exceptional service. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, making it feel like a home away from home. I was surprised that a typically higher brand hotel would have such horrible service! We ordered food from the bar downstairs and when we took it up to our room, found that they gave us NO UTENSILS OR DRESSING for our salad. Our room only had 1/2 a roll of toilet paper given to us and when I went to take my shower next morning, the bottle of soap scrub that is attached to the wall had NOTHING IN IT! Completely empty! Then, I went downstairs to their in house Starbucks and the barista argued with me about my order! I have been ordering a simple “mocha” for over 20 years and she kept insist)ng I wanted a Latte! Argh! Guess she had no clue how to add chocolate to a drink!…. For the price of this hotel, it is definitely NOT MANAGED WELL! I would recommend staying somewhere else because the staff obviously is lazy & rude!

It’s the little things…

Check-in was quick and friendly. Got to the room and was hit by an overwhelming mold odor. Informed front desk of the problem via their follow-up text, got no reply until much later. I suspect the room was mopped or the carpet was cleaned with dirty water and not properly dried. We were tired, so we just went to sleep. The next morning I got in the shower, and found out too late that the conditioner was empty. Altogether nice place, but housekeeping needs to get it together.

The hotel and staff is great. The only issue we had was the mattress. Our mattress had a dip towards the middle so if you have a bad back you would be up a lot.

We stayed in adjoining rooms (424 and 426) on October 11–13, and it was a nightmare. Both toilets ran nonstop, and the one in 426 only flushed if you held the handle for minutes. The shower had heavy mold where the handle meets the wall. Around 12:30 a.m., staff knocked on our door telling us to be quiet, even though we were just talking normally. The real noise was coming from another room, but management accused us until we went to the front desk at 1 a.m. to prove it. Only then did they admit it wasn’t us. We never got the towels we requested and had to track down housekeeping ourselves. I tried to file a complaint at checkout but never received a call back. Between the unsanitary bathroom, sleepless night, and rude treatment, I’d never stay here again.

Unfortunately just prior to our booking our elderly cat escaped from our home (just before a dangerous storm was approaching). This property provided no flexibility with our reservation despite the Expedia team attempting to reach some form of resolution. As a long time Hilton user for work and personal travel-I am very disappointed in this hotel.
