Spent a week here with my husband and 4 littles...

We stayed here for a week, my kids loved the hotel. My husband and I loved that it didn't cost us much more than the Holiday inn Express we had recently stay in but was so much more. We had a king bed with 2 twin beds that were in an "separate" room, we had the bathroom between us. The room was comfortable. Our only "complaint" if you needed one would be- Our kids like white noise, we packed a filter with us because the air conditioner doesn't stay on. - some people may like that. Lol. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well worth the price of adding it on. It was something my whole family looked forward to every day and there was something for everyone. My husband had to work some so each night after the kids were in bed he went to the business center for a few hours. He was able to accomplish what he needed no problems. His only complaint was that at night the lobby is full of mosquitoes.. I will definitely book a room here again when we're in town visiting family. On a final note- if you get excited knowing there is a Starbucks on site, DON'T. They "serve" Starbucks coffee. I'm sure plain coffee would be excellent but I ordered a Carmel Macchiato my first morning on our way out of the hotel and it was one of the worst coffees I've ever tasted. That was $5. In the trash. That said, I still highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect for families

Pros: quiet, clean, Starbucks inside (total plus!) Free Hot Cocoa for the cold evenings when we arrived at night in the lobby, and a 24 hour food pantry
Cons: elevator to the 2nd floor :) but even that was not too bad
Location: Topsfield Fair was close by, we ate at The Ship restaurant, shopping, The Connor's Farm (GREAT for kids) was overall a great destination
Not knowing the area, and our first time in greater Boston area, we were quite pleased with the king family suite room (space), the cleanliness of the hotel and the attached indoor water park and arcade for our toddler son. I wish the restaurant was open with more hours, but you are very close to shopping and many restaurants. Parking is free and abundant, no concerns there. The only thing I would have liked to have known was that there was no elevator going to the 2nd floor. It was not a concern on any other days, except, hauling luggage up the stairs to check into room, and hauling luggage back down to check out. So, if you have any reason to not take stairs, make sure you do not request the 2nd floor, as that is the only floor the elevator does not go to. Room service was quick, menu was large and room was very clean(I am quite picky). Will definitely be a place we stay again when we visit the area.
