Everything was great. It was a last minute look to spend the night near Salem on Halloween night. Surprised there were rooms even more surprised they were just over 100 dollars. Very clean room. Bed and pillow super comfortable

I stayed in the hotel for about a week. Everything was going well until my little one got hurt with their couch. The couch had a nail sticking out of it. It had been neglected. After noticing that, I also noticed that the wall had multiple scratches. I filled out a form and no one reached out to ask how my little one is. I had to go to Urgent care the next day. A nice hotel should have better qualify furniture and better customer service.

The room was outdated, but clean. The only real issue we had was that our bed was so hard, it was like sleeping on the floor. We were there for 4 nights and let me tell you, it sucked. They had a refrigerator & microwave which is nice, but failed to tell us the pool was under construction during our entire stay 😑 the fire alarm also went off around 2am and no one ever gave us an explanation..

We loved the hotel. It was extremely spacious and clean. The pool area was beautiful, and the hot tub was nice as well. We had an issue with the bottom of the toilet leaking but it was immediately taken care of and did not end up being an issue. The staff was so kind, and we had a great time!

This is our second year in a row staying at this hotel, and we have not had a problem yet! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and exceptional service.
