I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. I also appreciated the excellent customer service and attention to detail throughout my stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. I look forward to staying here again!.

Front Desk Staff members Frank, Brian/Bryan were amazing and accommodating. I had the pleasure of meeting the GM Robert C. who made the experience top tier. Great food at the hotel restaurant and a Starbucks on the premises was the icing on the cake.

The night we stayed, it happened to be a group of at least 50 Irish young men at the hotel for a Padel tournament in dedham. All night they were running through the hallways, screaming partying and yelling and we didn’t get any sleep at all. A room close to us had a phone alarm go off every 20 minutes I think management should’ve told them to quiet down because two or three in the morning there was partying and still screaming. We would’ve been better off sleeping in our car.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
My whole family traveled to Boston to celebrate our cousin's graduation, and we stayed at the Hilton hotel for the weekend. Unfortunately, the hotel was awful—there was a strong smell of weed, the lobby was dirty, there was a leak right at the entrance, the shower had weak water pressure, and the bed was uncomfortable. Additionally, the pool was unavailable for children, and anyone could easily walk in and out of the hotel. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I won't be staying there again.

The hotel ran out of king size beds, so the staff gave us a room with 2 double beds. My husband is 6’7”, and we really would have enjoyed a king size bed. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We would stay here again, but in a room with a king bed.
