We appreciated having a mini fridge, coffee maker and supplies in the room. Room temperature was comfortable. Very safe bathroom with grab bars, the tub was slippery, should provide an anti-slip mat. There was a desk chair, we asked for another regular chair (2 people in the room). None was available.

Not pleased with room when I checked in - asked to be moved. Transferred to an accessible room - shower leaked out all over bathroom. Went to use ironing board and it was broken. Took a while to receive a new one. I needed to leave for an appointment- tried to call front desk and room phone was not charged and would not work. I went down to the desk to ask about the whereabouts of the board - said I didn’t want anyone entering my room - they said hang your do not disturb tag. I went back up only to find no DND tag. Went back down to ask for a DND tag and was told they would send one up. By the time I got back to my room the ironing board was already inside. No towels in the fitness room. I asked both days and the request went unresolved. And, finally, in today’s world to not have complimentary coffee in the lobby 24/7 seems ridiculous.
