Good overall

Staff was friendly, breakfast was good - there was someone there to make your waffles. My little ones enjoyed the pool, it was a nice area. Room was clean. Bed was very hard, which is pretty standard for a hotel. Disney channel was available. I would stay here again with little ones.

Good place to stay in every way and I appreciate the airport shuttle service, too. Temp control in the room was a little tricky to figure out (room temp was freezing when I arrived and the fan was noisy) but I eventually figured it out and all was well,)

I must say i don't believe ive ever stayed with a Comfort Inn! Everything was quite ok 1 to 10 I would give it a 8.5. The foundation of the hotel needs some updating, the pool was cold and jet ower not working. After calling the front desk 3 times so.eone did come by to trouble shoot but said on the heaters were on and unfortunately the jet power has been like this for awhile. Nothing more coyld be done. Outside of that situation i didn't really get to speak in depth with staff. Checking was ok A hidden fee of $100.00 ,is kept in the event of poor misuse of the room. Parking is a challenge. Overall the interior presentation of the lobby is welcoming. Clean. Breakfast ok and staff handled making the pancakes because making those waffles can be messy for our little humans.. i was there with my daughter. Great for family with children.. Shopping everuthing nearby. Target, Stop and Shop, Starbucks Airport, The Square Mall, Wendy's Pizzahut, Subways, Margarita Restaurant etc. I would say about 15 minutes from the hotel some major attractions are less than 15min. The choice of orange juice should be changed. Yuck!!! Gas stations nearby Shell. I would definitely refer to all ages to stay,!!!!

Convenient to Logan - the shuttle was easy and the staff was friendly. The room had a blackout shade which was nice given all the lights at night in the area. Having a restaurant on site is a plus as walking in the area would be a challenge.
