The room was clean, and in okay condition. The toilet in the bathroom ran constantly and seemed like it could overflow. There was no plug for the tub. The staff seemed quite young and not as professional as they could be. For example, I called about the airport shuttle, and the guy on the phone didn't know I was still connected and started shouting at his friend and goofing around but I had my phone on as I was running for the shuttle. The wifi signal didn't work. One of my keycards didn't work.

The staff was ok there wasn’t much interaction with them. My only complaint at check-in is that I think it’s ridiculous to hold an additional $100 per room for incidentals and to charge me daily for parking. This hotel was far from a resort and I think it’s ridiculous to charge extra fees like it was a resort. I have never been a fan of Comfort Inn this stay reminded me why. I will not be returning

Overall this hotel was great, remodeled and the rooms are really nice. The location was also excellent in that it was very close to the airport. We had an issue the first night where the room next door was very loud and the staff made it right by moving us and upgrading our room for the inconvenience. My only other suggestion is that the room was really cold and the lobby was really cold but the second day the heat in the lobby was turned on and it was much more comfortable. The room had a thermostat but when I increased the temperature, the room was still cold and uncomfortable.
