Positives first - This hotel is conveniently located to the airport and the shuttle service was easy and punctual. The breakfast was also decent. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was just a little dirty overall. There were empty glasses and food boxes left out in hallways for over 24 hours. We had clearly used towels in our room upon check-in. When we requested new towels, we were told we would get them “when they could get around to it”. We finally just asked a housekeeper directly and she gave us towels from her cart. Unfortunately, those were also not clean - they had long brown hairs on them. Someone delivered us towels about an hour later, claiming they came right from the laundry, and they were stained with more hair in the towel. Not good when you can’t even get clean towels.

We were there for a one night stay, checked in after 10pm and checked out 10:30 next day. We just wanted a good nights sleep and a good shower we only got 1 of the 2, the shower was absolutely horrible. The water pressure was the worse of any place we’ve ever stayed at. We would have been better off pouring a pitcher of water on us, the water pressure would have been better. It’s a shame when you spend over $200 and can’t get a good shower. Other than that the Holiday Inn Express wasn’t bad. I would not stay there again.

Complementary hotel shuttle transportation did NOT pick up at hotel shuttle pick up. I called to notify I had arrived & was transferred from hold to hold. Waited hours for hotel shuttle only to learn it picked up ARRIVING passengers at the DEPARTURE location. No One would know to go there unless specifically told & I was not. Will never book free hotel shuttle again!
