Hotel check in very good. Room was clean and quiet. Transportation took a long time to arrive at airport. We were given incorrect door to stand across from at international terminal and we had A LOT of luggage to try and cart around many people. Once shuttle arrived the driver was super nice. Great hotel airport.

I travel globally and I can tell you that at times hotel services in the U.S are lacking, Ms. Shanta provides exceptional service with a smile and represented Hampton Inn to the fullest.
