The shuttle was very punctual, and the staff made it easy to get an appointment. I do have one recommendation, and that is to NOT include water in the snack bags for the airport, you can't take water through TSA

Newly remodeled and very clean. It was a quick 5 min walk to the Chelsea commuter train that we took to both Boston and Salem. There's a grocery store and starbucks in the plaza across from the hotel. If we stay in Boston again, this will be the hotel we choose!
