Everything was great besides a little complaint with the bathroom it wasn't cleaned the best but maybe whoever was cleaning that day had a rough day so not to much judgement on that but the room was nice, I stayed 2 nights with my boyfriend due to the storm and we ended up getting a upgrade on our room that was nice and breakfast was good I enjoyed my stay

Hotel was super clean and beds were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. My only complaint is the parking lot is very small and they charge a 30 dollar a day parking fee that doesn’t guarantee you to be able to park there n the lot. They have an auxiliary lot across the road,which is fine. I just dont agree with paying a fee to use the parking lot at the hotel and your not garunteed a parking spot when you return to the hotel for the night

Overall the room was nice. I really enjoyed the fourth floor with the 3 big windows enjoying lots of light and the views. The bathroom exhaust fan was broke and the bed sheets felt like some bugs was creeping and crawling on my skin. The location was to close to Boston. But it was close to a lot of industrial companies. I would probably not book again.

The room was fine. However, the location was awful. The hotel was right next to a shipyard and we could easily hear all of the trucks backing up all night. Even in the very early hours. If you’re looking to sleep, not the place to be.

No room service for any of the 4 days I stayed I even asked and got verbal confirmation that it would be done but still didn’t happen, I had to request towels and a change of sheets and vaccum to clean the room myself…and they couldn’t even bring it to my room had the audacity to tell me to come and get it. Definitely won’t be seeing me anymore, very annoying.
