The staff was okay, could have been more assertive. I called for their shuttle service to let them know I needed a ride and they left me standing at airport for an HOUR! Didnt offer me "the cookie" when I checked in; didnt inform me of shuttle schedule timing for next day, and the room I stayed in needed ceiling repair.... had peeling paint and dark stains, gross.

We had to request to change our room to an awful odor. When I looked to book, it stated breakfast was included/free before booking but we were charged $40 for 2 people. When I discussed with front desk advised, she advised it was “available”, that’s incorrect. Also, no time within our 2 night stays were the “warm fresh cookies” out and available.

Only problem is you’re right next to train depot so you get to hear trains and horns going all time of the day especially early morning. Beds and pillows are comfortable
