The room was clean and a good price for the convenience of being really close to the airport and seaport. Two issues parking and no mirror outside the bathroom. I don’t know how much can be done about parking just not enough spaces but the mirror outside the bathroom is necessary especially for two women traveling.

Our room was spotless! The beds were absolutely so comfy and cozy. No need to bring any shampoo or conditioner shower has big bottles. They also have soap and body lotion in big bottles. Asked for an extra blanket and a few more towels. They were at the door in 5 mins with a smile. Great place to stay. Right next door is a big Walgreens for any needs. I would give this place a ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I had a two-night reservation at this hotel, but due to a canceled flight, I was only able to stay for one night. As soon as I learned of the cancellation, I called the hotel directly to ask if my reservation could be adjusted. The staff member I spoke with assured me it would be handled upon my arrival the next day. When I arrived, I discovered that my entire two-night reservation had been canceled, and I had to start over and rebook for one night. At check-in, I specifically asked the front desk agent if I would only be charged for one night, and she confirmed that I would. After my stay, I noticed two separate charges on my credit card. When I reached out for clarification, I was told there was nothing that could be done. I then opened a customer service case and was told I’d hear back within 48 hours—yet I never received a response. I called the hotel again and was told the manager, Edgar, would return my call, but I still haven’t heard back. I travel frequently and had planned to remain a loyal IHG guest. However, this experience has been extremely disappointing. Over a $180 charge, you are losing a customer who would have likely spent thousands at IHG properties over time. The lack of follow-up and accountability is unacceptable.
