It was mostly clean, the floors were a little dirty. I was extremely disappointed to realized upon arrival it’s a motel. You get the usual run down dingy motel. The bed felt like it was on a tin can, noisy. It was hard and uncomfortable no better than sleeping on the floor . Our floors were soft and uneven. Made us nervous to walk. There weren’t enough blankets but the pillows were great. We paid for a king but it was a queen size bed sadly. This was supposed to be a special getaway and it most definitely wasn’t anything special.

HAIR EVERYWHERE

DISGUSTING! When we first arrived at the room we do a check for everything and sure enough the bed and pillows had long dark/black hair. My boyfriend and I were heading to dinner so we figured we tell them when we got back. The front desk guy told us since we were checked in past an hour, we couldn’t change rooms. Fine I get that so my boyfriend asked for new pillows and guess what…THESE HAD HAIR TOO! We went to Walmart down the street and bought freaking pillow sheets because I was too annoyed to go back and complain again. Then we took a shower and the towels smelled like cigarettes! What kind of place doesn’t make sure their employees actually WASH EVERYTHING!
